 In Russia is a red soup. Its ingredients: vegetables, beef and broth. Red soup serve with sour cream.

BEFORE red soup cook with Kvass(tincture of bread).

 Pancakes with butter or condensend milk popular with russian. I think pancakes is very delicious with children. Their it is easy to prepare.

 Sometimes people eat pie with meat. Meat pie  poupular with christian durning lent. Meat pie cerve  with sour cream. 

Russia have traditional drinks is a milk. Some people think kvass traditional drinks, but it is not kvass is a traditional ukrain drinks!!!
